| If you cancel your pledge, you keep the time you’ve already earned for up to 6 months. Re-subscribe as Iridescent within that time and your progress continues where you left off! |
COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: February 4, 2026
By purchasing a commission from myself, Holorilla (“Artist”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before commissioning.
COMMISSION PROCESS
✦ To request a commission, the Client must complete and submit to the commission form with all required information.
+ Clear Photo References
+ Poses/Scenes
+ Description of your piece✦ The Artist reserves the right to decline or cancel any commission request at their discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.✦ The Artist does not accept commissions involving political, hateful, or offensive subject matter.
+ Bigotry
+ Homophobia/Transphobia
+ Racisim
+ Fascism✦ If submission is selected, the Artist will schedule a call over Telegram (other methods can be discussed) with the Client to discuss the commission form.✦ " Join my OOKSLETTER to get access to my commission queue! "
COMMUNICATION & WORKFLOW
✦ Clients must provide at least one clear visual reference of.
+ Character reference sheet
+ Drawing (it can be a crude scribble)
+ Photo of subject✦ Timely responses are required. The Artist may pause or delay progress if Client feedback is not provided when requested.✦ Reasonable revisions are included before final approval, within the scope of the original request.✦ Completion time may vary. (General completion time 1 – 3 months) If a deadline is required, it must be discussed before payment.
DELIVERY
✦ Final artwork will be delivered via Telegram or Email, as requested by the Client.✦ Files are delivered as flattened digital images (PNG/JPG).
+ Source files (PSD, etc.) are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.
ELIGIBILITY
✦ Clients must be 18 years of age or older to request or purchase a commission.✦ By commissioning, the Client confirms they meet this requirement.
PRICING & PAYMENT
✦ All prices are listed in USD.✦ Full payment is required upfront before work begins.✦ Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.✦ Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect commissions already paid for.✦ Additional fees may apply for increased complexity, including but not limited to:
+ Extra Character Fee
+ Complex Character Fee (high detail with multiple markings, patterns, accessories, or color complexity)
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
✦ Full refunds are available if:
+ The Artist has not started work
+ The Artist cancels the commission.✦ If the Client requests cancellation after work has begun, the Artist will retain 50% of the total commission price (no matter the progress of the work), and the remaining 50% will be refunded to the Client.✦ Once final artwork is delivered, no refunds will be issued.✦ Filing a chargeback without first contacting the Artist will result in:
+ Immediate cancellation of the commission
+ Forfeit of any work completed
ABANDONED COMMISSIONS
✦ If the Client becomes unresponsive for 14 consecutive days after the Artist requests feedback, approval, or required information, the commission will be considered abandoned.✦ The Artist will make at least one attempt to contact the Client using the contact information provided.✦ Once a commission is considered abandoned, the Artist may:
+ Pause or terminate the commission
+ Close the commission slot
+ Move on to other work without further obligationIf the Client later wishes to resume an abandoned commission:
+ Availability is not guaranteed
+ Additional fees may apply
+ A new commission slot may be requiredRefunds for abandoned commissions will follow the "Refunds & Cancellations" policy outlined above.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
✦ The Artist retains full copyright to the artwork.✦ The Client retains ownership of their original character, but not the artwork itself.✦ The Artist may display commissioned work for:
+ Portfolios
+ Websites
+ Social media
+ Self-promotion✦ Client Usage:
+ Artwork is for personal use only. (unless explicitly agreed upon.)
+ Clients may share the artwork with proper credit to the Artist.The artwork may not be:
+ Used commercially (unless explicitly agreed upon.)
+ Sold, reproduced, or redistributed (unless explicitly agreed upon.)
+ Used as or for NFTs
+ Used in AI training datasets
+ Watermarks and signatures may not be removed.
AGREEMENT
✦ By purchasing a commission, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
